Ripu S. Hundal, MD, FACE, attended the Government Medical College in Amritsar, India, and received his medical degree in 1987. Upon relocating to the United States, he served his internship and internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of yeshiva University (1993-1996). Furthermore, he conducted his endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism fellowship at Yale-New Haven Hospital, Connecticut (1996-1999). In addition, Dr. Hundal received board certification in internal medicine, as well as the subspecialty of endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He remains a respected member of the American Diabetes Association, the Endocrine Society, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, and the Medical Society of Delaware.
